In a heartwarming gesture, ZAKA volunteers have distributed hundreds of boxes of shmura matzot to police and IDF soldiers in Bnei Brak. This act of gratitude acknowledges their tireless efforts in safeguarding public health.

The special matzot, meant for the upcoming Passover seder, will bring a touch of home to the soldiers and officers who are away from their families due to their duties. The initiative was taken by the ZAKA organization itself, with Bnei Brak's ZAKA commander Michael Gottwin and his team leading the distribution.

Bnei Brak Mayor Rabbi Avraham Rubinstein expressed his gratitude towards ZAKA volunteers and Michael Gottwin. He praised their dedication throughout the year, ensuring the well-being of all Bnei Brak residents.

The distribution of shmura matzot by ZAKA volunteers is a symbol of appreciation for the police and IDF soldiers. It reminds them of the warmth and unity of their homes, even as they stand on the frontlines protecting the community.
