Yakutsk Mayor Warns 'Glavstroy' Director Over Repair Delays
Yakutsk Mayor Evgeniy Grigoriyev has issued a stern warning to Afanasiy Aleksandrov, Director of MKU 'Glavstroy', over contractors' failure to meet warranty obligations. The mayor has threatened to find a replacement if the situation isn't resolved promptly.
The warning comes after city president Grigoriyev highlighted ongoing repair works on Kalanadarisvili Street, carried out by MKU 'Glavstroy', during a recent city discussion. The works, which include road surface leveling and sidewalk paving, have not been completed to the mayor's satisfaction. He is particularly dissatisfied with the delays in contractors fixing warranty issues on the repaired courtyard territory on the same street.
Mayor Grigoriyev has made his stance clear, expressing his dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs. He has warned Afanasiy Aleksandrov and the contractors involved, leaving them with a clear ultimatum to resolve the issues or face potential replacement.
