Man falls from scaffold and is injured - Worker Rescued After Falling Through Scaffold Hatch in Regensburg

Emergency services responded to a workplace accident in the Regensburg district on Tuesday morning. A 48-year-old construction worker fell through a hatch in a scaffold in Kallmunz, resulting in an injury of unknown severity. Firefighters arrived at the scene and swiftly rescued the injured worker from the danger zone. The man, who had fallen onto a ladder, reported losing sensation in his legs. He was immediately transported to the hospital via helicopter and admitted to intensive care for further treatment. The cause of the accident remains under investigation. The identity of the worker's employer has not been disclosed at this time. Authorities continue to examine the incident to determine its cause and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
