VK Tech Launches 'Technologies for those who help others' to Empower NGOs
VK Tech has launched a new charitable project, 'Technologies for those who help others', at the VK Dobra conference in Moscow. The project aims to provide foundations and NGOs with reliable technological infrastructure, connecting them to VK's product ecosystem for free.
The initiative, launched on 26 September, brings together various organisations. Participating entities include the Habensky Foundation, the 'Hello!' Association of Oncology Patients, 'Lisa Alert', and the 'Naked Hearts' Foundation. These organisations will benefit from VK's suite of tools, which includes communication platforms, cloud storage, and automation tools for volunteers and reporting.
Petr Sheglev, product director of VK WorkSpace, highlighted the time and resource-saving potential of technology for charitable organisations. He noted that the project will help these organisations work more efficiently, allowing them to focus on their core missions.
The 'Technologies for those who help others' project is a significant step towards leveraging technology for social good. By providing foundations and NGOs with access to VK's products, the project aims to enhance their operational efficiency and impact. The participating organisations are poised to benefit greatly from this initiative.
