Updated Information for Kazakhstanis: Key Points About Thailand's New Regulations
===============================================================================
From 1 May 2025, all foreign nationals arriving in Thailand will be required to fill out the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online. This digital transformation aims to simplify the entry process and reduce paperwork, ensuring a smoother entry into the country.
The process for filling out and submitting the TDAC online is straightforward. To begin, access the official TDAC website at https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home.
Prepare the necessary information beforehand, including your passport, travel itinerary, duration of stay, accommodation address in Thailand, and health declaration details.
Upon visiting the website, fill out the form by entering personal and passport details manually, scanning the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) of your passport, or uploading an MRZ image. Provide travel and accommodation details, and supply the health declaration and additional health information if requested by the Ministry of Public Health.
After reviewing all entered data carefully, agree to the terms and submit the form. Save the confirmation, which will be a QR code or reference number, as it will be checked upon arrival.
The TDAC replaces the former paper TM6 arrival card, digitizing the process for faster immigration clearance. You can submit the TDAC up to the day of arrival or use kiosks at the airport if not done beforehand. The system supports both individual and group submissions, with options to duplicate trip details for groups.
All entries must be in English; dropdown fields support typing three characters to select relevant options. The website is available in five languages: English, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
The new TDAC system will make the immigration control process faster, more convenient, and safer. It is a part of the immigration control process in Thailand and must be filled out before arrival. Foreign nationals who have not filled out TDAC in advance may be denied entry into Thailand from 1 May 2025.
The QR code is generated immediately upon agreeing to the survey data and receiving the code via email. The electronic card must be filled out no later than 3 days before arrival in Thailand.
The TDAC must be presented at the passport control in Thailand, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry for all foreign nationals.
Upon your arrival in Thailand from May 1st, 2025, embracing a seamless lifestyle is just a digital fill-out away, as you'll need to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online. This travel essential, prepared beforehand, will enhance your entry process, reducing paperwork and ensuring a smoother transition into the country.
