Weekends are also used to visit local markets or street food hubs in search of inspiration for new ideas. Dinners are sacred, either cooking or dining out with her wife.
Chakraborty believes in empowering teams and works closely with chefs, baristas, designers, and marketeers. Her workweek rhythm includes structure with enough space for spontaneity. Sunday evenings are spent with music, food, and quiet reflection to ground herself before another week.
Outside of her work, Pawan Gadia, the Global CEO and Director of FNP, focuses on making gifting thoughtful and effortless. He manages organizational planning, growth strategy, and customer experience while maintaining a dynamic and fluid work routine.
