Titled "Natural Beauty of Japan's National Parks," the exhibition aims to inspire future travelers for a potential adventure in Japan's protected nature sites.
Japan's national parks boast a diverse range of landscapes, from snowy mountains to tropical beaches, and the showcase highlights the stunning scenery of its 34 national parks. From the alpine landscapes of Daisetsuzan National Park in Hokkaido, offering vast wilderness and abundant wildlife, to the pristine beaches and diverse marine life of Ogasawara National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the showcase captures the diversity and grandeur of Japan's national parks.
The showcase does not focus on glamorous cities or historic centers, but rather on Japan's protected nature sites. In addition to the national parks, the exhibition also features other attractions for outdoor enthusiasts such as the Nakasendo Trail, a historic hiking path connecting Kyoto and Tokyo, and the Nachi Waterfall and Seiganto-ji Temple Trail in Wakayama Prefecture.
For a broader experience beyond national parks, the showcase also showcases locations like Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden in Tokyo, offering peaceful city oases with seasonal flowers and walking paths.
