Nomadix Adventure's Triathlon in Loreto: Swim, Cycle, Run Amidst Stunning Mexican Beauty

Nomadix Adventure is set to host a thrilling triathlon in Loreto, Baja California Sur from November 14-16, 2025. The event promises a unique blend of adventure, culture, and wellness, with courses that showcase Loreto's stunning coastline, desert terrain, and historic charm.

The triathlon will kick off with a 2.8-mile swim around Isla Coronados, where participants can expect to share the water with dolphins and other marine life. After the swim, athletes will embark on a 56-mile cycling route from Puerto Escondido to Misión de San Javier, taking in breathtaking desert and mountain vistas along the way. The event will culminate in a 15.5-mile trail run through Loreto, starting and finishing at Misión de Loreto.

Loreto's striking backdrop will provide an unforgettable setting for the triathlon. The small town offers a rich cultural heritage and is home to a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Participants will have the opportunity to camp under the stars at Juncalito and Misión de San Javier during the event, immersing themselves in the local atmosphere. The event is easily accessible, with nonstop flights from various U.S. cities and shuttle transportation from La Paz arranged by Nomadix.
