High-end fashion designer, Robeta Schumacher, makes an opulent entrance at the NEC Exhibition
Venture into the Opulence of the Robeta Schumacher: The Ultimate Luxury Campervan
Stepping into the limelight at the Caravan, Camping, and Motorhome Show at the NEC is the swanky Robeta Schumacher, a collaboration between Slovenian motorhome manufacturer Robeta and former Formula One racer, Ralf Schumacher.
This high-end two-berth camping vehicle boasts an impressive array of features such as a dropdown electric bed, separate shower, and toilet, all blending seamlessly with clean lines, exceptional styling, and premium quality fittings. The bed promises a spacious 200cm x 160cm expanse for a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom area is a standout feature, exhibiting a marine ply finish, and a sophisticated digital control board that manages lighting and electrical options. Additional luxuries include a wine cooler, dishwasher, and a plush lounge area to unwind in style – and even a dog area tucked under the TV/cabin and a cigar humidor for those who appreciate the finer things in life!
The Schumacher badge doesn't just stop at the interior. A Mercedes Sprinter chassis provides the backbone for this 7.36m-long powerhouse, featuring perks like Radar cruise control, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. Both right-hand drive and left-hand drive options are available.
Under the hood, the vehicle is equipped with JL Audio, an induction hob, 300-watt lithium batteries, a 360-watt solar panel, an inverter, and separate switches for lifting the bed, TV, and heating systems. When you're off-grid, these features ensure you remain comfortable and connected.
Igor Pirtovšek, commercial director at Robeta, praises the input Ralf Schumacher provided during the project, especially in terms of energy consumption, air conditioning, lighting, and technical specifications. Robeta plans to showcase the Schumacher at upcoming Formula One races in Monaco and Silverstone, with hopes that Schumacher himself might join them. Prices begin at an eye-catching £278,740.
The Robeta Schumacher isn't the lone attraction at the NEC this year. The Citroën Holidays and the Adria Supertwin are also making their debut appearances. The Citroën comes complete with a side kitchen unit and a removable bench seating area, while the Adria Supertwin will launch as the first in a four-model range.
