Unlike conventional hospitality booking, Checked Out operates an invitation-only model. Potential guests must apply by providing their Instagram or LinkedIn details, and approval can take up to 72 hours. The company filters guests based on 'energy' rather than demographic criteria, with a goal of achieving a 50/50 gender split among guests.
