Construction of Tourist Information Hub Initiated by Ivedel
Ivdel's Municipality to Establish Tourist Information Center
In an upcoming development, Ivdel's municipal district will soon witness the emergence of a tourist information center. The local administration plans to announce a tender for the infrastructure's development, following grant support of 7.7 million rubles from the Department of Tourism Development and Hospitality Industry of the Sverdlovsk region. The municipality will contribute an additional 1 million rubles towards the project.
The proposed tourist center will feature a small takeaway café area, facilities for various events, and public restrooms. Previously lacking in the embankment region, these amenities are expected to enhance the tourist experience. The center will be positioned on Ivdel's embankment.
According to the district's head, Vladimir Mikhel, an initial museum employee will work at the center until a separate position is created. Tourist promotional materials from local operators, as well as information about regional tourism attractions, will be displayed at the center.
Earlier reports from "Oblaastnaya Gazeta" hinted at the renovation of three schools in the Ivdel's municipal district; however, further details are yet to be announced.
The tourist information center is anticipated to provide locals with information regarding nearby tourism destinations, positioning Ivdel as an attractive hub for regional travel and exploration. Updates on specific project details, such as funding, infrastructure, and location, will likely be announced through official government channels.
The tourist information center, to be located on Ivdel's embankment, will offer valuable information about nearby tourism destinations, proving Ivdel a captivating tourist hub for regional travel and exploration. Additionally, the center's facilities such as a small takeaway café, event spaces, and public restrooms will complement the lifestyle travelers seek, enhancing their overall experience in Ivdel.
