Celebrating Milestones: Ascott Philippines Commemorates 25 Years at the National Museum
Ascott Philippines, a globally recognized serviced residence and hospitality brand, marked its 25th anniversary with a grand celebration on June 16, 2023, at the National Museum of Natural History in Manila. The event was a showcase of exquisite artistic performances and remarkable culinary creations.
The evening began with a sumptuous dining experience, featuring the first course of the Ascott Philippines Silver Jubilee menu - a salad named Solana. This refreshing dish showcased grilled eggplant and local mesclun with a delightful mango vinaigrette. The main course options included the classic Sultada Surf 'n Turf, a bold blend of filet mignon and lump crab cake, and the Surf 'n Turf of Chicken Inasal Roulade & Crab Cake, a reimagined version of the Bacolod Chicken Inasal with a mix of poultry and seafood. The meal concluded with the Negros Fadriga Cacao, a dessert that beautifully fused locally sourced ingredients.
The dream team of culinary masters from different properties of Ascott Philippines collaborated to create this memorable dining experience. Patrick Vaysse, the Country General Manager of Ascott Philippines, was present at the celebration to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the team.
