CarePlus GbR Exits Home Care Service; Care Centre Holten Steps In
CarePlus GbR in Oberhausen is stepping down from its home care service due to the age of its partners. The Care Centre Holten, part of Lucial Holding GmbH & Co. KG, will take over, becoming one of the largest private home care marketplaces in the region.
From 1 October, the Care Centre Holten will care for over 500 customers and advise over 600 care-dependent people. This includes the senior housing community in Duisburg previously cared for by CarePlus. The takeover ensures seamless continuation of care for over 90 care recipients and around 150 consultation customers.
Existing CarePlus contracts will be honoured, but relatives may still face challenges due to the lack of support following the handover.
The Care Centre Holten, now one of the region's largest private home care providers, will manage the care of over 500 customers and advise over 600 care-dependent people. While existing CarePlus contracts will be fulfilled, relatives may need additional support during the transition.
