Baltic Company Boasts 10 Million Euro Increase in Revenue and Earns 3.25 Million Euro in Profit during 2024

In 2024, tour operator Join Up Baltic saw a staggering 15% increase in revenue, reaching EUR 82.4 million and a net profit of EUR 3.25 million. This success story was accompanied by serving over 100,000 travelers in the Baltic States.

"Last year's impressive results underscore the effectiveness of our long-term strategic approach," says Aurimas J, CEO of Join Up! Baltic. "We're constantly adapting to travelers' needs, staying agile in line with market trends, and relentlessly innovating both travel services and customer service."

According to the tour operator's CEO, the cornerstone of their growth includes the development of digital tools, the introduction of a loyalty program, the opening of in-person travel shops, and the launch of new routes and destinations.

Aurimas took over the reins of the company in January 2025, succeeding Sabina S, who had led Join Up! Baltic until then. Now as the Regional Director for Poland and the Baltics of tour operator Join Up!TM, Sabina reflects on her team's commitment to sustainable growth and building the foundation for long-term success.

In the autumn of 2024, Join Up Baltic opened two in-person travel shops, one in Riga and another in Vilnius. With plans to open more in Lithuania and Estonia, the company expects another year of steady expansion.

In 2024, the tour operator offered trips to various international destinations, including Egypt, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Greece, Montenegro, UAE, Tunisia, Cyprus, and Tenerife. To further grow, Join Up Baltic is planning to launch its first direct flights from Palanga Airport to Turkey and Egypt and strengthen its presence in the Balkan countries with trips to Albania, Bulgaria, and Montenegro.

Join Up Baltic operates in nine countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Moldova, and Kazakhstan. The international tourism brand offers over 40 destinations, such as Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, Greece, Spain, Cyprus, Montenegro, Albania, Bulgaria, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Dominican Republic, and UAE.

Sri Lanka collaboration is one of the most concrete 2025 initiatives identified, with JoinUp planning to arrange tours to Sri Lanka from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, and Poland, expecting approximately 16,000 travelers[2]. Additionally, broader market opportunities may arise due to the growth of Baltic aviation with new routes from Baltic airports[3]. Regional projects like RegenT (regenerative tourism) and Baltic PlaNet (climate resilience) hint at a focus on sustainable tourism in the area, which may impact JoinUp’s service offerings[4]. For more precise expansion details, one should refer to JoinUp’s official announcements or updated press releases.

"Join Up Baltic, with its impressive 2024 revenue of EUR 82.4 million and a net profit of EUR 3.25 million, plans to continue its growth trajectory by launching its first direct flights from Palanga Airport to Turkey and Egypt in the future. The tour operator, operating in nine countries, including Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland, is also considering strengthening its presence in the Balkan countries with trips to Albania, Bulgaria, and Montenegro. Aurimas J, the current CEO, reveals that Sri Lanka collaboration is one of their key initiatives for 2025, aiming to provide tours to Sri Lanka from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, and Poland, expecting around 16,000 travelers. Beyond these travel plans, Join Up Baltic is also exploring sustainable tourism opportunities through regional projects like RegenT and Baltic PlaNet."
