Anuga 2023: World's Top Food Fair Sets Records, Boosts Organic & Plant-Based

Anuga 2023, held in Cologne from October 4th to 8th, has reaffirmed its status as the world's top food trade fair. The event attracted record numbers of visitors and exhibitors from 110 countries, cementing its leading position.

The quality of visitors was exceptionally high, with many expressing interest in the organic and plants sector. Anuga Organic on Stage hosted discussions on EU organic targets, GMO regulations, and the future of plants-based foods. The event's global influence continues to grow, with the next Anuga scheduled for October 9 to October 13, 2027, in Cologne.

The Korea Food Industry Association's Director, Bong Jun Yoo, praised the successful fusion of K-Food and global food trends at Anuga 2023. This led to numerous key buyer meetings and new business partnerships.

Anuga 2023 has solidified its position as the leading global trade fair for food, with record-breaking attendance and a strong focus on organic and plants-based nutrition. The next Anuga is set for 2027, promising to continue the event's global growth and influence.
